Whisky Sour // Timber Flooring
Our stunning Vienna Woods Whisky Sour timber floor boards are sourced from Slow Grown FSC-certified Lithuanian oak.
The extreme cold winters in Lithuania slows the growth of the oak to produce a very hard, dense wood.
The 20mm thick boards feature a generous 6mm oak hardwood top layer. The wide and extra long oak boards up to 2400mm bring a grand ambiance to any interior.
Available in 180mm and 220mm wide boards.
Available in a matt lacquer or hard-wax oil finish. Finished in New Zealand by local artisans.
This board get’s its name from the famous Whisky Sour. Originally a sailor’s drink used to help fight off scurvy, the Whisky Sour boasts a citrus flair of lemon or limes, a dash of sugar and a decent helping of bourbon or rye whisky. At Vienna Woods, our favourite Whisky comes from Scotland, so we spell it without an ‘e.’
